For our British Pork to obtain maximum flavour, organic and free range pigs are raised outside on the grassland for most of the year. Here they are provided with a natural, relaxed atmosphere and extremely high animal welfare standards. All of this creates the fantastic flavour of this succulent pork.
Our use of Tamworth, Saddleback & large black pigs, all British rare breeds, is down to maximising flavours. Harder to raise than some of their counterparts our reward is great taste and perfect fat cover.
