The name is derived from the pink coloured meat. The “rosy” colour signifies the health of the animal that has been raised ethically and humanely in spacious conditions. The male calves are fed on milk for 8-10 weeks and then on a specialised cereal diet for a further 8-9 months.

Our Veal has a delicious subtle flavour and is wonderful either simply grilled, pan fried, roasted or as the basis of many classic French, Italian, Greek or Middle Eastern dishes.
