Sausages and bacon

We make a wide range of Sausages using Free Range and Organic Pork.

Our sausage varieties include:

    • Caramelised Onion
  • Irish Breakfast
  • Chipolatas
  • Boerewors

For those who prefer Beef Sausages we make a traditional Beef and Guinness Sausage using our Black Angus Beef from South West Ireland.

O’Shea’s homemade Black and White Pudding is hugely popular with Chefs and retail customers for both breakfast and as one of the ingredients of a dish.

We also home cure/smoke our own Bacon using British Pork. We always have smoked and unsmoked streaky and back bacon. Our triple smoked Bacon is used by many top Hotels and Restaurants.

As well as making Boerewors we also produce Biltong which is proving to be a very popular bar snack for Pubs and Bars in and around London.

Our Ham and Gammon is all home made, again using British Organic and Free Range Pork.
